Does the final customer (insured) have a view of his settlement process?

Yes. LISA Claims allows the insured to access a view of their settlement process, where they can monitor the status of their claim and also upload information that may be requested by the company (such as pending documentation).

Can the company manage the business rules and workflow of the process or is a back-up from the LISA team necessary?

Companies can configure their process workflow and business rules at any time, without the need for technical support from LISA.

However, our monthly service considers performing the relevant support of questions and queries of the platform.

Is there flexibility to configure claims rules by product type, line of business, policy or coverage?

Yes, all this is configurable directly in the platform through rules according to the company’s requirements: by line of business, coverage, type of policy, among others.

Can claims approval amounts be preset on LISA Claims?

Yes, it is possible. With “profiling in approval” we can understand that a claim corresponds to a profile or a pre-approved amount (such as medical expenses, among others). This is how the business rules and maximum indemnity amounts can be configured according to the company’s processes and requirements.

Can the platform be made available to external users, example: external liquidators?

Yes, the platform is available to the company and all actors involved in the claim settlement process.

LISA Claims simply displays a view for all participants, according to the profiles defined by the company. It is worth noting that the enablement of each view and the possibility of action will be defined by the company based on its own needs.

What is LISA Claim’s charging model like?

LISA’s business model is based on a setup fee that considers the deployment of the platform in the company. Subsequently, a monthly charge is made per claim entered, where the higher the volume of claims, the lower the price is charged, in a staggered manner.

Does LISA Claims eliminate all manual processing from the process?

It is possible to minimize human intervention in the process, but it is important to consider that there are cases where it will be necessary to evaluate the effectiveness of our AI.

What is the function of our automaton?

Its main function is to ensure that the process flow and business rules that were previously established jointly between LISA and the customer are applied.
